Homes of Dyersburg is located on Ford Memorial Highway,
close to shopping and other conveniences. It has a close
community atmosphere, with the building laid out around
a large courtyard. Each of the four sections of Wesley
Homes is connected to the other, so that residents can
walk within the complex to get exercise. The connections
also make it easier to be a good neighbor. We are open
to people of all faiths and religions.
The community offers planned activities, both off campus
and in the Community Room. Wesley's Pastoral Care staff
leads weekly worship and Bible Study in the chapel.
A Service Coordinator
is on site to assist residents in finding support services
in the city, county and state resources. Residents can
use the library, beauty shop and coin-operated laundry
if they choose.
Each apartment has a private bedroom and bath, large
closets, completely furnished kitchen, emergency pull
cords, all utilities and optional cable TV. Rental assistance
is available to qualified applicants 62 and older. Wesley
Homes has both one-bedroom and efficiency apartments,
with special units for residents with disabilities.
