Terrace has 69 one-bedroom apartments. We offer rental
assistance to qualified applicants who are 62 and older,
and are open to people of all faiths and religions.
The apartments have furnished kitchens, private bedroom
and bath and large closets. All units have optional
cable TV, utilities and maintenance included, coin operated
laundry, card key access to building, gated parking,
security cameras, day store, and beauty shop all located
on campus.
